- Authorization. You will only enter real, identifiable student information if you are authorized by your school or district to use a service provider for that purpose. If you are not authorized, you will use de-identified data (initials only).
- Appropriate use. You will use IEP Progress only for legitimate educational progress-monitoring and reporting purposes for students you are responsible for.
- No re-disclosure. You will not use the tool to share student records with anyone not entitled to them.
- Your responsibility. The IEP remains your district’s official record. You are responsible for reviewing AI-extracted goals and AI-drafted narratives before relying on them; they are decision support, not a substitute for your professional judgment.
- Service. The tool is provided as-is during this early period. We may update features and these terms; continued use means acceptance of updates.
- Privacy. Your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
